The summertime is here, and everyone likes to look good in their bathing suit!  Here is a simple exercises that will not only give you “Ripped” Abs (abdominal muscles), but they will also relieve and prevent back pain.  This are very simple to do, all you need is an exercise band and a door!

Over head Abs: Attach exercise band at approximately shoulder height in the door jam. Stand with your back to the door. Glide your hips forward and back to center.  No need to bring your hips back behind your shoulders.  That would only make the exercise easier and less effective.  Repeat, moving hips forward and back to center….Repeat 50+ reps.
